Nuon in brief
Nuon produces and supplies in energy in the Netherlands. In addition to the production and supply we are in the forefront of sustainable entrepreneurship. Nuon has been part of Vattenfall since 1 July 2009. Vattenfall is one of the largest generators of electricity and the largest producer of heat in Europe.
Energy market in motion
Since the liberalisation of the Dutch energy market every consumer can choose his or her own energy supplier. That gives us the chance to distinguish ourselves from others. We do this mainly by developing innovative services and investing in sustainable entrepreneurship.
Career opportunities
All these changes create unprecedented opportunities for your career also in international perspectives. But working for Nuon demands guts and enterprise, because we can’t afford to stick to the beaten track. You have to identify and utilise openings, show initiative, be customer-focused and result-oriented. In addition, you must be communicative and able to think innovatively. And you must especially be able to work as part of a team.
If you meet these criteria, you will get plenty of room to develop. In your work and as a person as well.
